Every two years, UNAC/UHCP members elect delegates from our affiliates and chapters to represent the National Union of Health Care Employees (NUHHCE, our national union), at the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) International Convention. Our delegates are elected to participate in the AFSCME international union business and elect our international officers. The 2022 AFSCME Convention will be held in Philadelphia, PA, from Monday, July 11, 2022, to Friday, July 15, 2022.
Delegate nominations closed on Monday, April 4, 2022. Below please find a list of AFSCME Convention Delegate candidates, in ballot name order. Ballots will be mailed to all active members on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. If you have any questions please contact the UNAC/UHCP Election Team at election@unacuhcp.org, or call 909-599-8622.
How to Request a Duplicate Ballot
Ballot voting will be conducted by our third party election vendor, UniLect. Official Election ballots will be sent out by mail on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. If you spoil your ballot or do not receive your ballot packet by Wednesday, May 11, 2022 please call UniLect’s Ballot Call Center, toll free, at 1-866-466-6455 as soon as possible to request a Duplicate Ballot. You will need to let them know you are with UNAC/UHCP. English and Spanish speaking operators are standing by and available 24/7 throughout the election period.
