“We urge the Democrats in the U.S. Senate to fight with everything they’ve got against a lifetime appointment for Judge Brett Kavanaugh that could spell disaster for working families in America.
“Kavanaugh has sided with an employer against workers displaying pro-union signs in their private vehicles. He’s a certain vote with the conservative wing of the Supreme Court to dismantle the Affordable Care Act. This will cost millions access to health care in America.”
