Retirement Bonus
A one-time payment of $500 is given to any member who retires and had been a UNAC/UHCP member for the past five years prior to retirement.
Q: How do I qualify for the bonus?
A: The qualifications for the retirement bonus:
• Must be a full dues-paying member (cannot be a non-member).
• Must be a full dues-paying member for the past five (5) consecutive years.
• Must be in good standing at the time of retirement.

Q: I retired last month. What forms do I need to fill out for the bonus?
A: None. Your employer will notify UNAC/UHCP of your retirement. Usually this process takes employers two-four months.
