In the spirit of gratitude, UNAC/UHCP held a donation drive to benefit House of Ruth, an organization dedicated to the prevention of domestic violence and to ensuring the safety and well-being of those impacted by it.
Domestic violence reports have increased with COVID-19 quarantine orders in place and it is more important than ever to provide support for those at risk of abuse or violence.
UNAC/UHCP leadership purchased items off the holiday wish list in November, members and staff contributed, and our donation was accepted on December 18. Thanks to all who contributed this year to help families in need!
