Place a TORT under “Other- Union Business” and in comments write “DASH steward training. Coded as UNP. Union Time Off Employer Paid.” It is KP paid time off if it falls on your normally scheduled work day. After manager approves TORT, Register on Memberlink: https://memberlink.unacuhcp.org/ (click Menu, Calendar, then Register for the selected date).
Union Dues:
New Union dues rate effective Jan 2025.
- Dues rate for full time and part time: $53.11 per pay period
- Per diem: $1.328 per hour, not to exceed 40 hrs per pay period

- For Employee Number, please confirm it is the same number that is on your payroll check (i.e. starting with leading 10xxxxxx or 21xxxxxx, etc).
