Candidate KWHPA Delegate to the Executive Council
Sisters and Brothers, I am KEVIN WILBUR. I am running for the position of Delegate to the Executive Council.
Currently I am the elected Officer in this role.
If you RE-elect me, I pledge to work diligently within my capacity to achieve a new contract with KP in 2025 that is
- fair,
- protects our pensions, and
- delivers a generous pay raise which is justified given the current inflationary period and our region’s HIGH cost of living.
You might recall that I was the Contract Specialist for our KWHPA Affiliate in 2023. In that role I reached out frequently via text messages. During my roundings in the hospital and MOBs this year as the Delegate to the Executive Council, many of you expressed fond memories of the important Union information that I communicated out to you in those frequent texts. You can expect even more contact from me as we move TOGETHER through our Bargaining year in 2025. I will be reaching out via our Contract Action Team, regular roundings, and of course, my famous texts.
