Next week, our UNAC/UHCP National Bargaining Team will sit down at the virtual table with Kaiser Permanente to begin bargaining our next National Agreement. Although we cannot join the team in person just yet, there are two ways we can show our support and our unity as this important process kicks off. Every voice counts. Our union contracts reflect our priorities, and we need your participation to make that happen.
TAKE THE BARGAINING SURVEY
This National Bargaining Agreement covers wages, benefits and working conditions for tens of thousands of UNAC/UHCP members who are part of the 50,000-member Alliance of Health Care Unions (Alliance or AHCU).
