Collective bargaining gives healthcare workers a way to speak with one voice on their employment contracts. In negotiations with employers, we cover wages and benefits; working conditions; health and safety measures; professional development opportunities; and discipline procedures.
By virtue of being a UNAC/UHCP member, you’re entitled to hundreds of benefits, including scholarships, free continuing education, legal assistance, discounts, and much more.
More than 90% of our UNAC/UHCP union family is at the bargaining table in 2025.
Every week, we’ll let our members know how the negotiations are going across our UNAC/UHCP family, draw attention to important issues that are being talked about, and how the proposed changes might affect you.
