UNAC/UHCP 2025 Bargaining

Together We Rise. Ready to Win.

More than 90% of our UNAC/UHCP union family is heading to the bargaining table in 2025. This is our moment to stand united, take bold action, and secure the contracts we deserve. We are a powerhouse of frontline caregivers; when we fight together, we win big.

Bargaining isn’t just about what happens at the table but what we do together. Stay tuned for major mobilizations, solidarity actions, and key victories. When we show up in force, we make our employers take notice. UNAC/UHCP members are represented in Kaiser Permanente, Prime, Adventist Health, AHMC, and federal hospitals and medical facilities.
