| I have proudly worked at Kaiser for 20 years. Every member deserves transparency, strong representation, and officers who listen. As a Steward and CAT Member, I educate union members on their rights and fight for a firm contract with the best wages. I worked to safeguard our members by addressing concerns when nurses were asked to work beyond their scope of practice, protecting their licenses, and reinforcing safe standards of care. I also championed unit-centered meetings with officers to improve communication by bringing up any issues. Advocated for a safe space in monthly charge nurse meetings to bring concerns directly to the CNEs and attended RNC meetings to advocate for safe staffing ratios and transparency in the matrix. As Treasurer, I will bring my strong background in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning. Ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting and responsible use of our hard-earned union dues. Bring back monthly Member luncheons, which are a powerful way to connect and share updates, and uphold the values and integrity of KDRNA with every decision.
