Bio – Richard Reamico

I am a nurse with 13 years of experience and a strong record of union advocacy. In 2023 and 2024, I served as a Contract Specialist, guiding members in understanding and applying contract language to protect their rights. In 2024, I was honored to represent our membership as a Convention Delegate, ensuring nurses’ voices shaped the union’s direction.

I actively support union activities that advance nursing careers and education. I regularly represent members during corrective action meetings to ensure fairness and serve as a Labor Sponsor across departments. As Labor Co-Lead in the Hemodialysis Department, I have worked to strengthen collaboration, improve working conditions, and promote safe, high-quality care.

Through advocacy, education, and representation, I have empowered nurses to stand strong in the workplace. As Vice President, I will commit to fighting for fairness, professional growth, and opportunities that help every nurse thrive.
