Bio – Gina Gruber
| My name is Gina Gruber, current appointed SCNSC Vice President for Riverside service area. I have proudly served 3 years as your Riverside SCNSC VP (elected in 2022) and over 3 years in Union activities which include serving as your SCNSC Contract Specialist for the South in 2022. I became an RN in 1996 and began my employment with Kaiser in 2012. I have been an SCNSC member since 2014 and currently work in our Dual Complete Program. I participate in are our Steward Trainings, Conventions, Union Leadership Conferences and was also able to take part in the first Alliance Bargaining Summit in early 2025. One of the highlights of my time in office has been serving as a negotiator at our local SCNSC bargaining table this year. My motivation for representing our bargaining unit includes ensuring our members have a voice in upholding our profession, benefits, working conditions and pay. Enforcing and providing education on our contract language has been one of the highest priorities as your VP.
