AMENDMENT NUMBER #1 [JOINT SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT]:
ARTICLE XIV– FINANCE

AMEND SECTION 1401:

1  Affiliate dues shall be 1.25% of the current Weighted Average Hourly Rate effective immediately

2  and thereafter adjusted at 1.25% after each negotiated wage increase at each affiliate and paid

3  times 173.33 hours per month. Of this amount eighty-six percent (86%) eighty-four (84%) will

4  be paid to the State Association and fourteen percent (14%) sixteen (16%) will be paid as

5  Affiliate dues for affiliates with membership less than 400. For those Affiliates with membership

6  greater than 250 400, eighty-seven percent (87%) will be paid to the State Association and thirteen

7  percent (13%) will be paid as Affiliate dues.
