| I am a native San Diegan with 34 years of experience in nursing. I began my career in 1991 as a LVN, and continued on to become a RN in 1998. I have worked in a variety of areas during my career including Trauma/ER, SICU, PICU, NICU, and PACU. I was involved with research studies at Rady’s and UCSD related to Autism and Epilepsy genetic syndromes and I have a special interest in both of those areas.I was involved as a former SPNN officer during the 2016 contract negotiations, and was asked to run for election by several coworkers at Sharp Mary Birch.
