Bio – LeeAnne Craft

I am running for Steward Coordinator B to bring my proven dedication and experience into this leadership role. My advocacy began over 20 years ago, well before unionizing, as I worked to ensure workers had a voice. Since then, I’ve continued pushing for fairness and accountability, now with the strength of our union structure.

I was one of the first foundational supporters of UTNC, quickly stepping into a CAT organizer role during our initial contract bargaining. I then became part of the first steward group, where I served across multiple departments—as a member of the workload committee, a communication bridge, and a mediator between labor and management. In these roles, I strengthened key skills, including defending our CBA and protecting our Weingarten rights.

Most recently, I served as a union timer during the 2025 contract negotiations, gaining vital firsthand experience that will guide my leadership.

If elected, I will focus on empowering stewards, strengthening membership participation, and ensuring every member’s voice is heard—because our collective strength is the foundation of our success.
