| Hello! I am Vini Beltran, and I am currently the Secretary for DASH as well as a Speech Language Pathologist at Kaiser, Riverside. I have worked at Kaiser for 20 years. As an officer, I helped create a local workload committee for Speech in Riverside. I am currently a co lead for the Speech Regional Workload Committee and in the more recent months, I have been serving as an active member of the bargaining team. I bring firsthand knowledge of the intent behind the language we are negotiating, and can ensure continuity, clarity and strong implementation of our new agreement.
