Bio – Vy Nguyen
| I am honored to be running for another term as Vice President for Outpatient Pharmacy. I currently serve in this role and am part of the contract negotiation team for our next four-year agreement. As VP, I’ve made it a priority to keep communication open and approachable. I strive to be an open door for members, answering questions, lending support, and representing when contract violations occur. My goal has been to ensure members feel heard and supported in their concerns. At the bargaining table, our team has kept members at the heart of every decision. Together, we pushed for stronger contract language to protect workplace rights such as vacation access, and work-life balance. I’m proud to have contributed to these efforts and believe consistency is critical. Having someone who helped shape the agreement remain in office ensures changes are explained and implemented clearly, and enforced properly. I consider myself a transparent, approachable leader who brings positive, fun-loving energy even into serious work.
